Job Description
Job Description: Primary role will be custom spraying and custom seeding; handle the proper application of crop protection products. You must be detail oriented with excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Job Duties:
Operates all spray equipment
Able to spray and calibrate pesticides
Operates computers on equipment
Requires mixing, loading, and application of pesticides/fertilizers
Performs daily vehicle inspections
QAL/QAC may be required
May be required to speak and read English
Handles and delivers bulk and packaged chemicals
Cleans and maintains equipment
Assists mechanic
Maintain application/spray records
Pick up and deliver product to customers as needed
Perform other duties as assigned
Training provided:
Crop protection product mixing
Operation of application equipment
Basic Qualifications: (required)
Must meet minimum age requirement
High school diploma or GED
CDL with Hazmat
Class A License
Must be able to obtain Applicator's license
Able to lift/carry up to 75lbs
Must pass pre-employment drug screen
Must meet DOT and Company requirements
Able to read, write, and communicate in English
Able to work additional hours to meet business demands
Preferred Qualifications: (desired)
Chemical application education
Previous application experience
EOE plus AA employer

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
