00 per hour Part-time & Full-time Seasonal Overview Assists the Golf Professional Staff in managing the daily operations of a public golf operation.
To be successful in this role a candidate must have general golf knowledge and enjoy working with the public.
The candidate must have the ability to work independently as well as with a team.
We are looking for friendly and energetic employees who love the game of golf.
Additionally, to work a varied schedule that includes weekends, mornings, evenings, and holidays is vital.
Experience Required Must be at least 21 years of age.
High School diploma required.
Golf knowledge a must.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule (Minimum of 24 hours/week and 3 days/week).
1 year customer service, preferably in the hospitality or retail industry.
Prior golf shop experience is a plus.
Essential Responsibilities Demonstrates a working knowledge and conduct opening, interim and closing procedures.
Provide excellent customer service to all guests with enthusiasm and a smile.
Operate POS to check in golfers and take tee times.
Professional and courteous phone skills.
Conduct oneself in a professional manner and maintain a professional image.
Assist with golf shop merchandising, which includes pricing and displaying goods.
Complete daily and weekly tasks in a timely manner.
Complies and enforces operating policies and procedures.
Responds to and resolves inquiries, questions, and complaints from guests and refers to Management staff as necessary.
